Delete your AulaToon account
You can delete your AulaToon account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open AulaToon and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- On the home screen, tap your profile picture.
- Choose Delete account data and sign out and confirm. You may be asked to complete a quick grown-up check first.
What is deleted
Your account, your comics, your quiz history and your analytics data are permanently deleted.
If you have a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it first under Subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store, or you will keep being charged.
Can’t open the app?
Email support@aulatoon.com from the address you use to sign in to AulaToon, with the subject “Delete my AulaToon account”. We will delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email. You can use the same address to remove a sign-up made on this website.
